It's been a harrowing week for us at RateAStranger.com and we're pretty sure all
of you out there are probably waiting in anticipation to find out what happened
at the pinnacle of the DatesForGrab event organized by RateAStranger.com . In
case some of you just got back to earth, here's a quick run down of what has been going
on:
RateAStranger.com organized an online voting competition called DatesForGrab
where YOU could vote for ONE out of FIVE guys/girls to date. How does this work
again? Simple, everyone votes for a girl (or guy) that they would like to date
and gives a reason why he/she should be chosen to date her. Out of the 5 guys and 5
girls, the one with the most votes (respectively) wins and get a sponsored Valentine's date at
a nice restaurant with the girl/guy who gave the coolest reason for wanting to
date them.
Tonnes of you voted for your fave date, and gave us all sorts of reasons for
dating them; some kewl, some romantic, and some just outright lame! But in any
case, one girl and one guy got more votes than the others, and two voters (a guy
and a girl) came up with kewler reasons to date them than anyone else and that
won them the chance to have dinner with their chosen dates on Valentine's day at
a posh restaurant. To top it all off , the dinner for the two couples was fully
sponsored by RateAStranger.com!
